অবাক হবার মতো

কত কিছুই তো করি আমরা।
হলে সিনেমা দেখতে যাই, বাসে চাপি, ফেসবুক স্ক্রল করি, ডিও লাগাই, মানুষ খুন করি, ভাত রান্না করি, হাততালি দিই, কুকুরের গায়ে ঢিল ছুঁড়ি, ক্যাব বুক করি, খবরের কাগজ পড়ি, আত্মহত্যা করি।
তবু অবাক হয়ে দেখি ডিসকভারি চ্যানেলে একটা সিংহ একটা হরিণকে মারছে।
যেন অবাক হবার মতোই ঘটনা।
Something wonderful

We go for a movie, ride a bus, scroll in facebook, use deodorant, kill a man, cook rice, clap our hands, hit a dog, book a cab, read the newspaper, kill ourselves.
Yet we watch in wonder as a lion kills a deer on Discovery channel.
As if it is something wonderful.
So amazing and true!
